Chrome command line options?

So, Chrome 74 is out, and I know JTH et al know about it, but 74 has dark mode, but you have to use a command line switch. Can we do that with the PA version? Or can the PA launcher set the switch manually?

The switch is -force-dark-mode and to the best of my knowledge and/or belief, it doesn't actually force the dark mode, it forces the dark mode if the user has selected the dark mode in Windows. Though, I'm not really sure. Anyway, dark mode is beautiful and I want it, so, is there a way?
