if someone was going to make freecell portable, they would have to make it them selves or find an open source one. if you could list one you may have, that would be a good start.

Patience. Is a freeware solitaire suite that can be made portable. I don't recall if freecell is on it. Worth a look though.
Patience appears to have over a dozen Freecell variants in it.
I run it portable. It's great!
