Close and open an app

Hi,

I'm in trouble...

I would know if is possible, before open an app, close another, and after close this app reopen the other closed.

I have this problem:

Two free programs (both natively portable) AdMunch and Index Your Files.

AdMunch starts with computer, so is always opened.
When I start Index Your FIles, if AdMunch is opened, the main window bacame very little and locke (no resizable).

So I have to close manually AM, open IYF, close YOF, and reopen AM.

I would create a launcher for IYF (not for portabilize an app) but for close a program and on close, reopen this program automatically.

Is possible?
