Paint.Net is, in my opinion, a better program than the gimp. It seems to be fairly portable in itself but I would like it to default save to the documents folder in my thumb drive

It has already been made...i know there is a version on the framakey site
http://www.framakey.org/Portables/PortablePaintNet
it's in french though, and i think there was an english version in the forums around here, i can't seem to find that one though. This does require the .NET framework, so that's part of the reason it hasn't officially been made portable
The developer formerly known as ZGitRDun8705
But would it at all be possible to create a portable version of that?
Thanks,
Adam

There is mono (which is portable and can run most .NET apps), but it cannot run paint.net.
