Paint.Net

Paint.Net is, in my opinion, a better program than the gimp. It seems to be fairly portable in itself but I would like it to default save to the documents folder in my thumb drive

It has already been made...i know there is a version on the framakey site

it's in french though, and i think there was an english version in the forums around here, i can't seem to find that one though. This does require the .NET framework, so that's part of the reason it hasn't officially been made portable

I don't know much about .NET...

But would it at all be possible to create a portable version of that?
