Screen recorders in GIF format

Hi. I think Camstudio is not able to record in GIF format.These programs can do it.

Both ShareX and ScreenToGif have specific .NET Framework requirements which would prevent full 'portability'.

Thanks. Despite having fewer features, Licecap seems lighter on my old PC.
Screentogif are a bit easier to use to me than ShareX though both seem great software. Dunno if they support voice recording.
