All DDS files are viewed incorrectly, there's a 4x4 pixel block missing on the bottom right.
Also tested with a 4x4 dds file, and on that case it won't even open and just give a "Decode error !" : "Can't decompress file!" .

You'd need to ask the publisher about bugs like that. We just package it portably.
