[Fixed] FALKON 3.1: Invalid download

When trying to update Falkon 3.0 to 3.1, the PortableApps Platform reports that the download for FALKON 3.1 is invalid.

Typo Fixed

I had a typo in the download so it was downloading the last version but comparing it to the current version's hash. I've fixed the mismatch. Sorry about that.
