Problems with Portable apps (Error)

Hi. im having problems with PAF.EXE files.
Recently, i've re-installed Windows 8.1pro by a problem updating drivers.
I have my same Windows version again. OK.

So, i want my dear PortableApps software again (Chrome, Gimp)
. I download them normally, but they are downloaded under PAF[1] extension
(no one icon or extension assigned)
and i can't open them. So, if i change them to PAF.EXE and they open fine... but when download is starting..
for example: GoogleChrome..
An error message is visible. about: I cant download because something is missed.

I dont know if i need some specific driver to open PAF, like before...or is my Windows, getting error by bad installation, or my hard drive...

I want know how can i solve this problem. I want use GoogleChrome and Gimp portable from PortableApps like before
