Get Firefox Portable Stable 68.0.1. If you want the new major version of ESR as soon as it's released when both the old and new versions are released at the same time, you should not be using ESR, you should be using Firefox Portable Stable. ESR is only for organizations that have specific needs for testing compatibility and extensions.

Use Stable then. ESR 68.0.1 and Stable 68.0.1 are the same thing. If you always switch to the leading edge ESR as soon as it is release, you're missing the point of ESR and should be using Stable. ESR is supposed to be used by large organizations to be able to test and ensure compatibility of sites, web apps, and extensions.

When Firefox 69 is released, will you post 68 ESR Portable?
As outlined in the above link, once stable moves on to a major version update, ESR moves up. We make sure ESR and Stable are never on the same version as that entirely defeats the purpose of it.
