Two main changes are fix for recursive deletion during sync (GH issue #22: https://github.com/PortableApps/Toucan/issues/22) and 7-Zip update to version 19.00.

I added the AppID to appinfo.ini to enable taskbar pinning and a 75px icon for the installer.

Yes, those are in my user repo at https://github.com/alex-ter/toucan-portable
I didn't realize you had a separate personal one. You can grab this icon and rename it to appicon_75.png and place it in App\AppInfo: https://cdn.portableapps.com/Toucan_75.png
And the updated Toucan appinfo.ini is in the AppConfig repo here: https://github.com/PortableApps/AppConfigs/blob/master/T/Toucan/appinfo.ini

At some point I decided to split the Toucan source per se and the PortableApps packaging piece (together with auxilliary binaries like 7zip) and that's why I have that other one.
