This is unlikely due to complexity and variables. We hash our installers (MD5 and SHA256) but we don't hash the files installed by those installers. And, once installed, some apps change files. Some apps have plugins in the App directory. Some apps keep log files in the App directory. Some apps only have dozens of files while some have nearly 18,000. So, I'm not sure that it could be done realistically with all apps given our current workload and resources.
If you're having an issue with a single app, you can manually reinstall it over itself. And we'll be making this easier in the platform soon, too.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
