Will adding this to the launcher.ini file of 7-Zip have any unintended consequences?

Will adding this to the launcher.ini file of 7-Zip have any unintended consequences?

I noticed that there are some 7-Zip registry entries left behind. So I changed the launcher.ini and added the following line:

[RegistryCleanupForce]
1=HKCU\Software\7-zip

Is this line appropriate in this case? Will this break the app in other ways? So far, I haven't noticed any adverse affects.

What if you run 7zip portable

What if you run 7zip portable on a machine that also has 7zip already installed? I know that it is a very odd thing to do, but I wouldn't want the 7zip portable to mess with the installed version.
