You need to ask that question of the developer(s) of the Supertuxkart application. The PortableApps 'Team' generally only makes existing applications portable and does not have any involvement in the development of the base applications.
Unfortunately, the Developers have publicly stated that they refuse to answer compatibility questions related to SuperTuxCart.
