when using quiterss and using any feature such as clicking on a different rss feed, an explorer window pops up showing the directory for quiterss.

I don't see any Explorer windows in that video
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
They do pop up, I will have a look around the game DVR settings to see if it is ignoring the explorer windows.
