I got basilisk to load as a portable program so i only request an iconchange
palemoon-portable.exe still uses the palemoon icon can a kind soul change it to the basilisk icon please?
I renamed mine basiliskportable and edited the ini+made a better splash screen but i cant modify the icon
i tried with reshacker and the whole exe got destroyed.
Can anyone please post a palemoon-portable.exe with the basilisk browser icon?

I saw your note over on this thread https://portableapps.com/node/58070 but I don't think this forum is likely to make that kind of update. You might look into tools that can modify icons for your OS. I used to know of several for XP but haven't kept up with it on Win10.
