It appears that I'm running too many portable apps on my memory stick, and the menu doesn't have any scroll bars for me to see the programs that don't fit onto the menu. Is this a bug or user incompetance?

It is scrollable with a wheel on a mouse or there are small arrow bars at the top and bottom of the application list. (not the side)

BTW
You can never have TOO many applications. Unless of course you run out of memory space. But that is why they keep making bigger drives.
