[Fixed] dumo.exe missing from DUMo Portable 2.18.2.97

The new DUMoPortable_2.18.2.97.paf.exe file is incomplete. DUMo.exe is missing.

Fixed in Rev 2

Rev 2 fixes a packaging error was dumo.exe was missing from the installer package due to a false positive in Microsoft Defender. Apologies for the inconvenience.
