some programs aren’t showing in the portable apps search results

Eg when I search for tor it doesn’t appear https://i.imgur.com/0HfTYB2.png here is the tor folder in my portable apps folder https://i.imgur.com/phCtUp9.png

EXEs vs shortcuts

What you're seeing in that folder is a shortcut, not an EXE, so the platform won't see it. It's also a non-portable shortcut that would break when you moved it.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
