Please allow .NET applications?

I love portable apps, I use them all the time. Love the concept.

I have an application which I would like to include in the portable list.

However, since it requires .NET 4.0, it is not allowed. The reason being that Windows XP, 7, 8 etc. do not come with .NET and so it wont run on some machines.

Since Windows XP and Windows 7 are now no longer supported by Microsoft, and Windows 10 comes with .NET and the Windows 8 market share is tiny, is there any way this can be revisited?

I would personally also prefer apps that do not require .NET, but sadly in this situation that is difficult.

Would it be possible to start allowing such applications, even if you require their description to mark them as needing .NET or something? Or include them in some sort of secondary list?
