Ich habe ein Problem ThunderbirdPortable. Ich habe mit ein Backup mit Acronis True Image 2020 gemacht.
Bei widerherstellen ist aber in dem Programm alles weg die Einstellungen und die Konton.
Das Programm geht ja zu öffnen deshalb hat das Backup das Programm nicht kaput gemacht.
Wo ist den da der Fehler ?
I have a ThunderbirdPortable problem. I made a backup with Acronis True Image 2020.
With restore, however, all settings and accounts are gone in the program.
The program is going to open, so the backup didn't break the program.
Where's the mistake?

It sounds like your prefs.js file is corrupted. Try using one from an earlier backup as it doesn't change often. It contains your settings and accounts.
Even if it fails, your emails are still there and you can manually recreate the accounts and move the emails into them.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
