fix open youtube link inside vlc.

Please change this youtube.lua in vlc app
https://github.com/videolan/vlc/blob/master/share/lua/playlist/youtube.lua
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/videolan/vlc/master/share/lua/playlist...
please put it in:
VLCPortable\App\vlc\lua\playlist

This fix open youtube link inside vlc.

When the publisher fixes it in the next version, it will be fixed in VLC Portable. You're welcome to patch your own copy now, of course.
