since you are here for some longer time you could have find this thread in the developement-forum
It is pretty monolitic so stripping unwanted applications away doesn't save much space - best bet is deleting all help files.
It seems there is no way to bring pOO.o under 50MB, now

You could try 7zipping the whole lot. It seems to compress things well for me although I dont know that you could get it under 50MB.
I tested it with 7z ultra and the resulting file was 60MB. The ZIP-File is 74,7MB so you would save around 20% download volume.

Its just that I dont want to use up all my download limit on it

I think thats the smallest we will get it. I tried bzipping it but it was still no smaller.
