Thanks. Looks like there's a language packaging glitch, of course found after it was signed and released (https://github.com/PortableApps/Toucan/issues/33) - I'll release a new package soon, but I'd appreciate your opinion on the versioning that makes more sense here.
I'd suggest 3.1.8.1. If you're just updating the language bundles and not recompiling, you can just update the package version and post that. I'll sign and release. No fuss no muss.

Up to now, all versions I tried after v3.0.4 didn't work as intended.
I started using v3.1.8.1, and it seems to work correctly so far, so thanks for that!
If I find any issues, I'll report them here or on Github.
