The version of PortableApps.com Platform is 16.1.1

Run from C: drive?

Although that file is displayed in your image, are you able to launch it from Windows explorer?
I suspect the file may not be fully synced from your google drive to your computer.

Not yet

As listed in the messagebox, the platform indicates the path isn't found. See the relevant section of the source code here, including a highlight of the portion that causes this messagebox. I'm pinging John to take a look, although without knowing more about how you've setup the portablization, there may not be much we can do: https://i.imgur.com/L1x7gRj.png

No EXE

Why is there no .exe on that file it's trying to launch would be the question.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
