Firefox and Jportable without permissions

I need to use FirefoxPortable ESR 52.8.1 with Jportable 8.0.241.0 but I can't get it to work without enabling Java content in the browser in the Java Control Panel.

Does anyone know how to enable java in the browser without administrator permissions? Adding registry entries to FirefoxPortable.ini?
