So there is this new browser (for Windows atleast) called Stack which is on there website - https://getstack.app/
If you download it and extract the setup file and then extract the file app-64.7z you will get the portable version of the app. But I want an installer portable version. Also, the app does not work on my version of Windows 10 Pro as the browser only works on the newer 2004 edition of Windows , so if someone can make the portable version of this browser it would be very helpful.

it is just having bookmark toolbar, this can have any browser
and if this works only on 2004 windows, then it is not particularly useful as this will take long time before it will appear on professionally used computers

When you extract the file 'app-64.7z' and run the extracted binary you'll notice it's NOT PORTABLE since it still uses your appdata folder to store settings and data. Below a real portable version.
