When updating, the spanish language is missing.

I can confirm this issue. I've created a revision to fix this and am awaiting the publisher posting it.

Fixed in Rev 2

This is fixed in LibreOffice Portable 6.4.5 Rev 2. Note that you will need to manually update if you're already running 6.4.5
