I need to figure this one out ASAP. I went and tried out sharpdevelop but the version of the asp.net that it comes with is no where near complete doesnt even have the vb.net profiles fully.
So i need to somehow get VWD from microsoft to install on portableapps... im sooo new at this can someone PLEASE help me get this going? Yes i know it needs the .net framework etc etc.. but the .net framework is on all the pc's i will be using.

.NET isn't portable. It's heavily tied to the OS. You have to have the correct version of .NET installed on the local PC to be able to use any .NET application.
That's just the way it is.
