Confirmed. I've been getting the same error for 2 days now.
That means the publisher released a new version. You can let us know in the Outdated App Thread.
We didn't know about it because the publisher released a new build with the same version number as the old one and without announcing it. We have to virus scan their version and then build our installer to check for it.

Thanks John. Does that mean certain portable apps come from your servers and some come from the developer's servers?
It's a live installer. It's illegal to redistribute sysinternals apps.

It downloads the actual app from the publisher as part of the install process.
