I just noticed 3 things today related to with this app. It had been a while since I used the software due to trying to switch over and learn Linux. There is a new update, but the release notes do not discuss these items. I know John and company vet everything out, which is why I ask
1) The last time I updated, the privacy settings reverted to being checked {To disable usage data sharing 'Options' - 'Privacy'}. Is this a new PIRIFORM thing to reset the setting even on portable apps?
2) The last time I updated, the home screen settings reverted to health check in lieu of the clasic "Custom Clean". Is this a new PIRIFORM thing to reset the setting even on portable apps?
3) I have an added portable software, CCEnhancer, that has been in the same CCleaner portable subfolder for years. It always showed up in the AppList until recently. I can inform you that 17.1.1 does NOT currently show CCEnhancer in the AppList.
Next item is figuring out how to tell Windows 10 (had too for work related reasons) to associate the portable apps as clients. Appears to be a big gripe when I googled it as I downgraded from Windows 7.
Thanks for the help
Maybe the problem is in the portable version of CCleaner.
