new version of portable SeaMonkey?

Hello All

First time poster so please pardon me if this is not the right forum.

I use Seamonkey via portable apps and the installed version reports:
"You're using an old stable version of SeaMonkey (2.49.5), while we offer a newer version which contains important security fixes.\
We encourage you to download the newer version linked in the download box at the right to be safe from known vulnerabilities and be able to use the newest features in a stable SeaMonkey release."

The newer version recommended is 2.53.5.1

Any chance this newer version can be provided? Thanks
