the launcher does nothing, the log says everything was right and there's no errors, then why?

You need to first make sure the app itself runs directly. Please post your FormatFactoryPortable.ini from the Launcher directory if you need assistance. The launcher itself doesn't have detailed troubleshooting detection within it.
