Easy way to know if a program was installed with PortableApps or not?

I have many programs which I've installed with the official Portable version of theirs, since there's not a PortableApps version. That's fine, but is there a way for me to know which of my programs are from PortableApps and which aren't?

Some apps show updates and I'd update those which I got from the official source, while I'd wait for the PortableApps updater for those I got through the platform. I feel like maybe I can figure it out if I go to the app's directory and search for the "App" folder there, but idk how reliable it is, and it's a bit bothersome. Is there a faster way to check? Maybe on the platform itself?
