the website forwards to watchshopping dot com and the program just sits there at loading.....

i wondered why it needed internet access instead of just using the system time

Check Out WorldTime

Not portable but might do what you want: https://www.pawprint.net/wt/

Use Portable Apps on both Flash Drive and HDD/SSD.

Basic Functionality Seems to Work as Portable

I just tried fully installing WorldTime 5.5.2.748 to the system. Then made a copy of the install folder to another drive. Then uninstalled the fully installed WorldTime. Then tried using the WorldTime in the copied folder. Result was that basic functionality seemed to work fine as a portable.

(Should say that I used WorldTime as a fully installed program years ago when I was working abroad and travelling a lot. It's a really good utility program.)

Use Portable Apps on both Flash Drive and HDD/SSD.

same issue

I just see the spinning circle and the word Loading. I was hoping to use it to coordinate chess matches with friends over seas.

Removed

I've confirmed that the publisher no longer exists and the app no longer works. I've removed it from the platform's app directory and the on-site app directory. The app's homepage now indicates that it is discontinued.
