Use local HTML-file as homepage or bookmark in Chrome Portable

Hi!

Is it possible to use a HTML-file located on the same USB stick as Chrome Portable, as a homepage or bookmark?

The drive letter of the USB can of course change from PC to PC, so is it possible?
