Hello,
excuse me for my little english: I'm from Italy
I like to know how to be accepted in portables list.
I requested this for RealMeteo from some years without news.
Somebody can help me?
RealMeteo 7 portable is ready for release, already installed from our tester.
RealMeteo 7 is free for personal, no profit and public offices.

It seems your best approach is to host your portableapp on Sourceforge once you are sure of it working correctly as a portable app. The team here seems overloaded with maintaining current apps, and only apps with significant major usage or potential usage are going to be considered.
Every link in your post is broken. In addition the only reference I could find to RealMeto 7 automatic meteo weather browser was a $36.50 shareware link. So you'll want to fix the links to even be considered, or for anyone else to try your package.
Don't know if this was at all helpful but at least you've got some reply.

If I recall, realmeteo requires .net 4. We currently only support .net apps if they support 4 and either 2 or 3 so they work on Windows 7 and up without any changes to the host pc. We'll be expanding that this year though.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
