chrome portable 87.0.4280.141 64bit disable update popup

i am using 87.0.4280.141 64bit portable

*this is ok, not problem*

but now chrome send popup "update" with red writing top right,

and I don't find a working method to make it disappear. all methods tested only work for normal chrome, not portable chrome
