Just an opinion

Took a brief look at it. Looks like a nice diagramming tool Ok

Try portablizing the "no-installer" version yourself, using the PortableApps.com installer thingy!

diagrams.net \ draw.io

The application is excellent!!! The no-installer version simply uses an nsis installer to extract the contents to your %temp% folder and run from there. You could just create a folder in your PortableApps directory named Draw.io or Diagrams.net and set the no-installer self-extracting .exe file in there to run.

The other option is to simply extract the files using 7-zip. It will create a subfolder called $PLUGINSDIR, go ahead and open this directory and extract the app-64 file and and rename the folder. This is the file that has the entire portable program.
