Hello,
I discovered the excellent Mcomix to read comics anywhere.
The software can be copied to a removable media and works on any Windows PC.
The only problem is that it leaves traces in "My documents".
The software is licensed under the GNU license, so is it possible to make a portable version of it or to help the developers come up with a clean version?

I would second this. I've had to bring over mcomix to each new system as a separate install opposed to just having it as a portable app. Even though it can be run as a portable.
It works *MUCH* better than xnview & Fasatstone for quickly viewing image directories, collections, or just reading comic/art archives. would love to see this as an addition.
