I am just after something that trakcs registry changes, file changes etc and gives the option to roll back the system.

Regshot. It's good but it only monitors the changes done to your system and has no option to reverse them.

Ashampoos Uninstaller about 3 years ago. Back then, it was rather slow but deinstalled everything completely. Dunno about the latest version. And then came Linux...
