DaVinci Resolve is released under a commercial license, which includes the following:
- You may install the Software on a single computer device for access and use by one end user at any one time
- You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the software
Based on these clauses - specifically the second, we (PortableApps.com) would need to both seek & receive specific written permission from Blackmagic Design to package DaVinci Resolve as a portable app.
