Why is localization folder in 64 bit version only? I'm using 32 bit version and I have to copy that folder to 32-bit folder after every update.

That's by design to save space. The launcher Moves it back and forth. Lots of our apps do this.

And what about creating relative directory junction?
Lots of folks run this on filesystems that don't support junctions (exFAT and FAT32) especially when using portable drives. Also, why? It's more complicated than just renaming the directory back and forth as needed. It's automatic and just works for users. How did you even notice it?

I have pinned shortcut to notepad++.exe 32-bit version. If I run Notepad via launcher, it's ok (I know what you talk about already :D)
