Hi. I use Win 8.1 and when I simply open the Options menu in PortableApps, after closing it always opens a strange explorer window that doesn't have nothing inside, no buttons, no bars, nothing. The only way to close this window is going in the bottom taskbar and closing this windor from there.
Nothing very dangerous, but strange.

I can't reproduce this within a fully updated Windows 8.1 64-bit virtual machine. What is running in taskbar that you are closing? Is your OS fully up to date? What happens if you install a new platform instance temporarily to your Desktop?
