[Fixed] Notepad++ Portable 8.1.3 contains 8.1.2 binaries

Hello!

I noticed, that the program version from the NPP package 8.1.3 is still at 8.1.2

Is this intended behavior?

Fixed in Rev 2

This is fixed in Rev 2 which I just posted. I made an error when packaging. Thanks for the heads up and sorry for the inconvenience.
