Hi. Can I launch an instance with the specified profile? The "-p" switch doesn't work.

No -p, yes second profile

That switch is only for locally installed profiles. We use the -profile switch to make it portable which overrides -p. If you'd like another profile, install the second profile launcher: https://portableapps.com/support/firefox_portable#second_profile
