I need to completely remove Firefox ESR. Not just right-mouse clicking the Uninstall menu but also any and all metadata that might be left behind. I want it as if it were never installed in the first place/

As long as Firefox Portable ESR was exited properly on last use, none of the standard things you'd think of it leaving behind would be there. There will be OS-level bits left behind like Windows Prefetch, etc.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
