Since yesterday my portableapps launcher (start application) appears with 0 KB. Within all sub-directories in the PortableApps directory, all applications appear with 0 KB. I can't solve the problem. Pls. help!

Looks like OS related.
You need to make some basic tests, reinstalling the platform somewhere else (same computer, but different location/partition), and to check your other files..
An experienced IRL person may be more helpful to locate (and solve) the issue.
