I use Cruzer Glide sticks and each is named portablow can I rename in vs 19.1 to specifics like 60_TECH or 128_MT?

Older versions of the platform put an autorun.inf in the root of your drive. This will take precedence over renaming it within Explorer (a quirk of Windows). You can either edit the file (giving you control over the icon and the name) or delete it and use Windows Explorer. You'll need to eject and reinsert or possibly reboot for Windows to see the change.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
