There are 3 folders where plugins are located. John, could you decrease this amount? It`s imho a bit confusing.

\App\DefaultData is copied to \Data if there isn't an existing profile.
\App\firefox\plugins is the default plugins. You shouldn't touch it or anything in the \App directory for that matter. John can't remove it as part of his agreement with Mozilla (AFAIK).
\Data\plugins is where you should put them.
