Other: The base game installer (RoR_2021.10_Setup.exe) is 232.1 MB. RoR_2021.10_Setup_with_ContentPack.exe is 2.7 GB. Both these files are available at https://sourceforge.net/projects/rigs-of-rods/files/Releases/. If you visit https://rigsofrods.org/download you might see the "portable" itch.io downloads advertised. I believe this is a misnomer because I found the game still created "%HomePath%\Documents\My Games\Rigs of Rods" despite being "portable."
